Bamboo Architecture Value for money relation

This hotel is indeed a luxury experience. The customer service is over-the-top and everyone is so friendly. The architecture is fascinating and unique. We had a good visit to Tanan Lot, which is not far. The room, made almost entirely of bamboo and raised high in the air, was cozy and unforgettable. Small point: If it is an eco-resort, get rid of the plastic straws.

Everything! From the staff to the resort itself, the food, the rooms. Everything was perfect. The spa was incredible. We had a candle light dinner and the food was fantastic. Staff was the kindest. Room was exceptional! Nothing!

A dedicated and hardworking team, a spa manager who speaks Turkish, incredible massages, and wonderful staff. It became a place where we truly wished we had stayed longer. Everything was absolutely perfect — spotlessly clean, and the room was excellent!

A secluded haven of luxury in the jungle! Absolutely beautiful architecture and facilities It was a little bit too quiet! Could have done with more going on.

The resort is beautiful and unique with eco-friendly design. The natural setting is stunning and the staff are friendly and helpful. Not worth the money for a 5-star resort in Bali. Constant construction noise, even at night. Shower water pressure broke twice. Room had a moldy smell due to weak AC. Hair dryers were cheap and ineffective. Poor sound insulation—you can hear neighbors and their music early morning. Sewage smell in parts of the property. Netflix advertised but not working. Too many small but constant issues made the stay stressful instead of relaxing.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was nothing short of magical — from the stunning eco-friendly design to the peaceful, lush surroundings. The facilities are absolutely world-class — every detail is thoughtful, luxurious, and in harmony with nature. What truly sets Ulaman apart, though, is the staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are simply unmatched. You don’t just feel welcomed here — you feel cared for. I’ve stayed at many luxury resorts, but none compare to the level of service and heart the team at Ulaman delivers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape with unforgettable service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant and the property overall was disappointing: • The room had an unpleasant odor and was not scented or freshened. • The kettle in the minibar had visible rust inside, which was concerning. • I was given a room located directly above the restaurant — it was very noisy with no soundproofing, and the smell of food constantly filled the room. • When it rained, the ceiling started leaking water, which made the stay uncomfortable. • Breakfast options were extremely limited and the taste was honestly poor. • Overall cleanliness and maintenance of the place were lacking, and there seems to be very little attention to detail or guest comfort. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

wow, just wow! this hotel is a dream come true.. the design, the villas, the spa, the staff everything was just perfect. be mindful of the inspect that can crawl at night… remember this is Bali so is very common nothing to be worry about. we had a gecko visit at night and he was very loud ? other than that everything was fine.

Amazing architecture and design Unbelievable Unfortunately it felt quite bland- no atmosphere at night , shld maybe have a guitarist in the evening. The menu was average and the wine was undrinkable. Which is unfortunate for the price of the hotel. The staff amazing , the spa and rooms amazing .

We were looking for a place that was isolated from the city and peaceful, but we were disappointed with what we got considering the amount we paid for a 5-star hotel. The staff were nice, but there wasn't much to do, and it took us up to an hour to go back and forth to the city, which became boring as we did it every day. The services were pricier compared to other 5-star spas, so we didn't bother trying them at the resort. The food was okay. Overall, it didn't have the "wow" factor we were expecting based on what we saw on social media. It was definitely more like "Instagram vs. Reality."

Stellar and unique property with incredible staff. It is a bit far from your typical Bali hot spots like Ubud but if you’re looking for a relaxing place to hang out and decompress there is nothing better.

They cleaned our room but didn’t change our sheet And facilities and food was so expensive. Property is far away from center we haven’t got options for dinner. And dinner is also expensive in there

It’s an amazing property with awesome staff that give world class service. I highly recommend staying when visiting Bali. Very relaxing place with exceptional facilities.
