I love the customer service. That’s it that’s all. The cleanliness was really bad. I asked for clean towels and they delivered dingy and dirty towels. You could tell that the area needed a power wash. You also can tell that the place is not kept up. Very dirty.

Fantastic Location. We used the two bedroom villa with garden view and the river view was amazing The restaurant was open until only 3 pm. After that we had to order Grab. Restaurant also started serving after 8 AM. If you are leaving early then it's a problem.

Staff were so polite, kind and made the stay excellent. Breakfast included was delicious with heaps of options to choose from. The room itself was clean and a great size.

The customer service was excellent. Trisna and Siska were great concierge. Any issues that was reported, was resolved straight away. I have no nothing to report that I did not like.
