Best Western Byron Center

It was just weird. There was almost no one staying there. Breakfast was underwhelming and food was not hot and the breakfast was set up on an adjacent building and once again there no one else there. It was just very strange.

Wonderful Hotel. Clean, friendly, and the Restaurant, Samos, was a great surprise. Great staff in both facilities. We felt welcome, and safe. We travel with our French Bulldog, and she was welcomed as well. Easy access to the Outlet mall, other restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from Gun Lake Casino. We had a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to returning here again.

Very good! The place is super clean and well located close to Grand Rapids.

The only complaint I would tell you about is that every time our A/C turned on it fill the air with the smell of pee...? Very strange. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

I'll certainly return to this hotel when in town. The property is very well maintained and the curated and original wall art is a wonderful bonus. And forget that pound-you-in-the-head music that is found in so many public spaces! A nice selection of Latin/Jazz/Fusion music greets you both in the lobby and the attached restaurant, Somos; I was so happy to hear this. The restaurant has a very nice selection of dishes (don't expect that boring and pervasive "pub grub"). My dinner was delicious. All of the public spaces and my room were spotless. I guess I need to find another reason to return to Byron Center!

Superb

We had a mini fridge and microwave. For the most part the hotel was quiet. The staff was nice, they accommadated us by putting us close to the elevator and helped us figure out the remote to the tv in our room. Breakfast was good, they had waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, cereals and juice. All and all we would stay again.

Location was perfect for our needs Breakfast was great Accommodating staff.

Breakfast very good, hot tub great, room excellent. Shower has attached to wall shampoo conditioner and body wash, very convenient. Microwave fridge and lots of drawers for clothes. Enjoyed our stay.
