I booked this hotel last minute because I missed my cruise in Barcelona

There was no wardrobe at all in the rooms, so it was pretty tough to maneuver. Bugs in the toilet.

Did not like anything No elevator, stair so low that you hit your head. It was dirty, it stank, mouse faeces in the room. Towels and pillows were stinking. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Rooms so small that toilet doors hit the bed. Our balcony was next to a different room’s bathroom window. Unpleasant employees. We have left after the first night even tho we payed for 4 nights.

Overall, it was really nice great value for money. Great view. The bathrooms were small, chairs on the terrace need maintenance.

Lovely staff and located perfectly for us. We even were told we were upgraded when we arrived which was a nice touch. Cala Mayor beach and plenty of restaurants and bars are all within 15 mins walk. Our room was cleaned and we had fresh towels each day which was a nice touch. The beds are super comfy and we had a lovely balcony. Nice reception area which was well maintained. The shower was old and had wobbly flooring which was fixed within 24 hours of asking and the window in the bathroom was painted shut. We had very little light in our room and what we did had flickered all the time so we couldn’t be used. There are the most awful photos of woman everywhere and the one in our room was way too big and dominated what could have been a lovely space. The hotel and pool area just looked tired and in need of some love.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was phenomenal. Reception person Lucia was so helpful and helped our whole wedding party. Dalia, Victoria too Bar staff: Alina, Sofia, Ion and Marta plus the cleaning crew were so nice. I made sure to get all their names to write this review that's how much i enjoyed my stay. price point can be little better.

Super cool beachy design…totally to our liking! Very friendly staff and excellent food and drinks! Booked the hotel last minute by chance dew to cancelled flight. We loved it and will definitely come back there on day. I don’t mind to walk the stairs but it would be cool if there was a way to get your heavy suitcase upstairs without carrying it…..but that’s really the only thing! Next time we travel light ?
