Really nice hotel, but a lot of branding all around. A bit overprized for the value, however, we had a very great time! Overprized for value.

The view from the sea view room is unforgettable. Breakfast is very good (solid five-star standard). Lobby and valet staff are very attentive. The main issue (and it’s a significant one) is the complete lack of staff in the pool area. There were only two people responsible for a very large space, and they were unable to properly attend to the guests lounging in the sun — no menu, drinks, or towels were offered. I found this well below what one would expect from a hotel of this level, and I wasn’t the only one — a few other guests seemed just as surprised by the situation. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic.

Beautiful property with multiple restaurants and pools. Hotel’s beach was not swimmable, but we were able to walk to the cove next door and swim there instead. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the amenities included in our stay - the largest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, access to spa baths, aperitif/drink at happy hour, and ability to book a bali bed. This was our first time staying at a 5 star hotel and we were occasionally confused about how everything worked - we thought the staff could have been more helpful at times.

Breakfast amazing, great choice. Staff were fantastic and a lovely location. The room was fantastic with a comfortable balcony to sit out. Pool area superb. A great stay in a quiet location with wonderful privacy. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller.

This is a fabulous hotel with welcoming helpful attentive staff. The restaurants are all high quality with excellent service. The outside facilities are beautifully maintained. I loved every minute of it.

Location/ sea views are stunning Not a 5 star hotel, lacked luxury and service of 5 star. This hotel is all about location and views. The lack of taxis available on demand is very unusual, leading to frustrated guests each evening at peak times.

The view of the sea and the grounds were nice. The hotel is very dated, beds were old and uncomfortable, we requested a king size room and we got 2 single beds with no explanation, most disappointing they set the room temp at 21.5c which is close to 80f and they lock it. It made it difficult to sleep in a room that was so hot. The restaurant was ridiculously expensive 32euro for a cease salad.
