There was constant water leak in the room. Air condition was not working or rather barely working. It kept leaking water into the room. ESP during the heat wave. Even after complaining - wasn’t much done about it. Technician came to empty the water clogged leaking ceiling. And wipe it with towels. Air conditioning and the up keep of the room

The different pool facilities to chose from, that you can use both hotel facilities, great breakfast buffet, nice view from the balcony Only one thing I didn’t like was the smell from the toilet, seems like there has been some leak or issue

The breakfast was very good, and the parking option (€18 per day) was very convenient. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We spent 2 nights in a bungalow, unfortunately the beds were separate and the accommodation was quite basic for the price... No coffee machine in the room - No airdryer

The double bed is actually two singles which separates all the time

The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is amazing, you can see sea through the window, and it is so beautiful.

Great breakfast, with plenty of choices, loved it all. The balcony in our room was really spacious, and had wonderful sea view, the area is super calm at night, perfect for chill evenings. Socket only on one side of the bed. The fridge is a bit small, only has space for a couple of small bottles maybe.

The room cleaning was a bit underwhelming, we found sand on the floor and between the sheets after. The manager also handed out feedback sheets at the breakfast, so we honestly marked that this was a problem. After that our room was not cleaned at all :) Not sure if it's a coincidence but well. Overall the property is okay, rather close to the beach.

The Seaview room was so nice, Everything quite nice - nothing was good and nothing was perfect The swimming pool was so small, and the hotel staff were so rude and disrespectful. I am so sad about discussing with the receptionist for 5-10 minutes, the late check out. Also, check-in is 15:00 is so late for vacation hotels. There is no coffee for drinking in the hotel, also no restaurant for à la carte. If you are hungry, no solution. I didn't like the extra sofa for sleeping, it was not comfortable..

Everything was simply perfect — from the warm welcome that made you feel like a VIP, to the comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view. Not to mention the gym, spa, and wellness facilities. The breakfast was truly one of a kind. That was the perfect way to conclude our stay in Mallorca Only one minor issue: I couldn’t park the car at the property and had to find a free parking spot nearby.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, gorgeous views, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff.
