Breakfast and breakfast staff The fact that all pool chairs are taken at 8am!!! People putting towels down and don’t come back until 10 or 11 am! (After breakfast) Should be handled better

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of issues. We found ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, we had requested a room with one king bed, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two twin beds instead. These issues did not ruin our experience, but they were inconveniences that could be improved.

The location is really good,quiet, and the ocean is right outside. Wonderful place, and the customer service was great. The breakfast was awesome.

Location is in a wonderful area, the best I’ve seen in Mallorca. Rooms are quiet and clean, breakfast is wonderful Semi private bathroom, I’d say, which means glass door that doesn’t close well and you can hear everything from there like it’s open. Blue glass on a balcony

There is almost no parking at the hotel. Had to park the car relatively far away. When I called it was said it would be no problem, but once there no possibility that was a little irritating

Breakfast was very good . Front staff very poor and unhelpful. You have to get up at 7am to put towels on chairs or you won’t get a spot for the day.

Breakfast staff were very nice and breakfast buffet is rich, even includes bubbly wine. Manager in charge - helpful and knowledgeable, was able to solve the issues we had with the check in with ease and professional attitude Spacious room with balcony overlooking the open sea Bed and pillows - not comfortable, too soft, gave me neck pain Check-in staff - aloof and gave us incorrect/lower value room for first night (which got corrected later on next day) No car park available as it was said to be full, we had to find curbside parking every day and pay to the city Bathroom and toilet leaves you with 0 privacy in the room with transparent wall and door it is ridiculous. No beach, but has access to the open sea via vertical ladders, not giving a safe feeling so we didn't prefer this (we already wanted to visit other beaches)
