Beautiful nestled in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean sea at a distance with stunning views of lush green hills and Cannes at the far end. Stunning pool and landscaping and all the opulent luxury. And most importantly the owners of the property- the lovely couple- Emmanuel and his wife. Both were very sweet and helpful hosts. It was a pleasure to meet such nice people. Everything about this place was perfect! Definitely coming back again!

Exceptional

Everything was awesome, but highlights were the great, lovely and helpful (english speaking) hosts and the outstanding view over the bay of Cannes from our room balkony and the delicious breakfast with this view! The pool is fantastic. There is also a community kitchen, with everything you need. Merci beaucoup Florence and Emanuel for everything!

Everything! Their attention to detail was impeccable - they have thought of everything from a golf cart to bring bags to our room to the breakfast go-bag for those departing early. The location and views are to die for and all the facilities are wonderfully clean and luxurious. There are lots of little zones which make it feel very private and exclusive - you feel alone even when there are several other guests. We absolutely cannot recommend it highly enough! Nothing.

Big room with large shower and tub. French toast with bergamot syrup for breakfast. Other option was scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese. The owners served the breakfast and were extremely attentive. The property has a swimming pool, loungers, a cabana, a putting green, and a bocce ball area. There is a communal kitchen for nights you want to cook your own dinner. All the towns have wonderful markets.

We are very happy with our stay. We had incredible time. I am sorry but i can't give you six stars :-)

Location, great view. Overall relaxing atmosphere, great people and enough privacy. Pool area was nice. Local Fragonard amenities was a nice touch and wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed every single thing there and hope to come back for longer stay. Pillow was large and uncomfortable. Narrow path to drive uphill and not the easiest to find for the first time, but once you do it’s all clear.

Breakfast each morning was simply amazing. The hosts were very attentive to individual requests. Very peaceful eating on the terrace each morning. Everything was fresh and delicious,, and a great variety of coffee. Nothing, our stay was amazing. No complaints at all.

Our hosts Emmanuel en Florence were simply lovely. So caring and sweet without being pushy. They gave some nice tips and facts each morning. Charming location, very clean property with cozy rooms and amazing breakfast (with to die for French toast from Florence). We will definetely be back one day!

We had the most wonderful stay at this stunning property! I cannot recommend it more - my fiancé and I spent 4 nights here and it was truly exceptional. Florence and Emmanuel were brilliant hosts, assisting us with anything we needed, recommending local towns and restaurants to visit, gifting us beautiful homemade wine to enjoy to celebrate our upcoming wedding. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast (I miss Florence’s French toast!) and the property facilities were incredibly clean, comfortable and relaxing. Very peaceful compared to London! We are very glad to have hired a car - another helpful recommendation from Florence before we arrived - which is imperative for this region as there’s so many gorgeous villages to see and little access to taxis - I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re visiting this part of the south. Thank you so much to Florence and Emmanuel for being such wonderful hosts, for being so kind and accommodating! It was a truly special visit and we can’t wait to return. Cannot fault it
