Near to Giza pyramids The guy in reception (Mr Hassan) literally looted my money in terms of exchange rate. I was knowing I was supposed to pay in USD, so I was prepared to pay in USD using my credit card. Then he informed me he can't accept USD through his machine as the banks will charge him more. Then he made pay 1 USD= 50 egp ( At the time of my stay it was 1 USD= 30 egp)& I end up paying almost double for my stay. It didn't end there. The toilet was super dirty as there was literally sh*t in it when we arrived. everytime you flush, it was not cleaning. We were not able to use the washroom/toilet as it was stinking with smell. We complained couple of times to clean it, but maintenance came and did nothing. You need to take your luggage all the way to 3rd floor You have nice view to pyramids as seen in their pictures, that was the only good part Overall completely disappointing & terrible stay, not recommended at all

The location was good and from rooftop you can see pyramids. The owner was exceptionally nice . Hard to find so be sure you get a Uber.

prices for activities are mysteriously increasing along the way, unclarity and unfair Exchange rates, they seemed nice at first but screwed us over with ridiculous, increasingly stacking prices for drivers, and food, while pointing at one another who is the one cashing in. Manager was nice.

Amazing host, very kind and friendly. They are honest and very helpful. The rooms are very big and clean. Also the view is wonderful.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how smoothe everything went that They arranged. I dint like how expensive the tours of the pyramids were. And that you have to basically negotiate on every price of everything. Dinner, tours, rent a driver ect

Close up spectacular full view of pyramids from roof top. 5 minute walk through "local" neighborhood to Sphinz entrance (NOT the main entrance to the pyramids). Unusual building set up with 3 different hotels in same building. "Free" airport transfer is FALSELY advertised in Booking.com ...overcharged us $20 USD. (should be $12-15 from airport to Giza). Limited breakfast which was OK, but the server style needs help,(eggs without utensils). Staff more interested in selling tour than serving breakfast. Location is unmarked and would be impossible to find on your own.
