Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique hotel

Very nice staff, especially Rasha at the breakfast every morning! Great location also in a not to busy neighborhood.

La propiedad es muy moderna, las instalaciones son nuevas Scammers! When we arrived, they tried to charge us a different price from the one listed on Booking. We were supposed to pay the Booking commission ourselves!!! We had to call Booking at 1 a.m. It was impossible to find another place to stay, since all the reviews seem to be fake!!! Booking canceled our reservation and we were left without a hotel. The owner offered us a similar room at a slightly lower price, but only if we contacted Booking and said that everything had been a misunderstanding. We did it because we had no other choice. They gave us a premium room for one night, and the next day we had to move. In the other room, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. A bunch of men came to try to fix it, and the only solution they offered was for us to shower in another vacant room. But they didn’t actually give us that room!! And worst of all, they wouldn’t let us keep the keys so we could shower whenever we wanted. Instead, we had to go to reception every single time to ask for the key and carry all the things we needed with us. Really annoying and terrible service. We’re sure they did it on purpose to get back at us. We complained to the manager, but he just played dumb.

Magnificent views Nothing

I was able to contact Zayan on what’s app to arrange transportation to the hotel after my transportation fell through. He was always available to help me with tour or restaurant recommendations . This made my stay at the hotel so enjoyable I returned a second time before I left Egypt. I really enjoyed the Pyramid view from the rooftop restaurant and my hotel room. On my second stay I was able to have a corner room that has unequaled views of the pyramids. A great way to enjoy a cup of coffee before touring! Nothing

We enjoyed breakfast each morning where a variety of foods awaited along with drip coffee! In the evenings, after long days of exploration, we were thrilled to relax on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids. The menu has a good selection of dinner options along with delicious drinks. Our family was very satisfied with each meal, the welcoming staff, and stunning atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely decor. This hotel came at the recommendation of a friend and we're so grateful to have stayed at this gem of a space. We would absolutely return! The stunning view made up for the fact that there were not many options in the area for dinner within a walkable distance (especially with kids). Ultimately, dinner on the rooftop each night was a welcome respite.

I appreciated that they allowed us to check into our room early as our flight landed several hours before assigned checkin. They upgraded our room to get a view of the pyramids. The staff was kind and helpful. We called from our room asking for a charger port converter and they not only answered the phone quickly but they came to the room with the charger within 2 minutes of asking for it. Regardless of the surrounding environment of the location, the hotel was a comfortable stay. Overall, a good stay.

We loved the roof deck, especially during sunset at the very top level. Honestly, probably the best view of the pyramids in all of Giza. The staff were all extremely friendly. The value was overall very good. Nothing really to say here, it was good value. If you are booking as a European, you should know the surrounding area is not really pedestrian friendly and is economically challenged like the greater Cairo metro area. But the hotel is very safe. We had good experiences even as a young family booking Uber “comfort” level and 10x cheaper than the hotel drivers which was a bit disappointing from the hotel, but that is how it is.

The bed was very good for my bad back. The best bed I have had so far in Egypt. Nothing

Unhelpful staff, no hot water, rooms were extremely loud from the traffic outside, restaurant was never open, staff became extremely rude when we told them about their shortcomings. Moved to 3 different rooms and never found hot water.

Pillows too hard

Our room had the view of Giza Pyramids, unbeatable, highly recommended to the people who wants that experience.

Neom Pyramids Valley hotel was a wonderful stay. I booked it after a reservation at another hotel was unexpectedly cancelled. I’m glad it happened! My stay was wonderful, the room (high floor pyramid view suite) was as described/pictured. I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were amazing! The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but was not a problem to me. Hot water was plentiful. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace was also nice and I enjoyed. A local also mentioned this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful…I wish I remembered their names so I can acknowledge them properly. I enjoyed my stay and I have plans to return. Shukran! Nothing.

Incredible views of the pyramids and sphinx from the multi-tiered roof deck and from our room! The manager, Zayan, was incredibly helpful, well before we even arrived. We had a lot of questions about hiring drivers/securing rides (short and long distance), pyramid tours, city tours, entertainment, food, etc. He was super communicative, had lots of suggestions, provided a ton of value and made us feel at ease. The restaurant also had good food and hookah options and the service was very good there as well (thanks Ahmed!). Overall a great hotel experience in an area that has many hostels to avoid. Highly recommended!!

Good location to the pyramids. Nothing

The staff should be clearer with customers if the kitchen is not operating or delayed. We waited over an hour for what I believe was a simple order - koshary and a cheeseburger. There was a power outage during our check-out: while of course no facility can control a situation like that, there should at least be some backup lighting for the stairs.
