We had a very pleasant stay at the Pyramids Hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were always attentive. (Gamila, Tsbeh,Samah,Heba) A special mention goes to the breakfast manager Nasr at the restaurant, who made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning — a great way to start the day. Overall, all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, which made our experience even better. The only downside was the noise outside, which could be quite loud at times. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay. Just the area and the noise from the exterior

Excellent location, ten minute walk from the Sphinx. Brilliant rooftop terrace with clear view of the pyramids while relaxing, eating breakfast and dinner. We loved everything about this hotel

The view of the pyramids was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The food and breakfast were very disappointed.

Stayed for the view, of course had a little mis communication about the stay, but we figured it out and they made up for it. Good guys.

Nothing The day I got there, there was some problem in that hotel so I have to either cancel the reservation or they would send me another accommodation which super far from the hotel. But at this point I was super tired from traveling so I agreed that I could stay different places. The first room they suggested me was so small and they were super weird vibes, and second room was not ready to be stayed so I had to wait 20 minutes to be cleared. whole reason why I decided to stay there is because the hotel is pretty close by the pyramid and the view from roof top and have breakfast there which I didn’t get it because I was staying in the different location. Not to mention that originally I have booked 2 nights there but I changed my mind so I changed to the 1 night stay before the arrival day ( no cancellation fee required) but they tried to charge me for 2 night fee. Whole experience made it worth and I would never stay there again.

I like roof top view, welcome drinks is refreshing, the view from my room is fabulous, the room size is suitable for 6 of us with children. The road From hotel to pyramid is so close, road share with camel, donkeys, horse, cars. I love the view. At night, the pyramid with light can be seen from hotel. Fabulous view. Breakfast is good. I satisfy

nothing to highlight honeslty!!!! the man who is working in the roof top in the restaurant to serve the breakfast , he tried to charge us 15$ !!!!! very very poor breakfast. Hotel was overbooked and they were not able to find a room for us despite we booked one month ago.

Breakfast was included in the price, the waiter offered us juices and we accepted, after drinking the juice and still at the breakfast table the waiter said we had to pay and practically forced me to pay on the spot, he charged me 200 in Egyptian currency and then he removed everything that was on the table, I was perplexed by it all and in disbelief because he clearly acted in bad faith.

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff and given a drink of hibiscus. The views from the terrace look directly onto the Pyramids and are amazing. My room was spacious, clean and had a kettle and fridge. Sami is a very helpful host at the terrace restaurant. As I arrived late, I decided to order dinner, which was excellent. The breakfast is generous as well. Also, many thanks to Mustafa my patient driver and guide who took me to several places - including all the way to the Birqash camel market. After dropping me off, he was kind enough to walk with me to show me exactly where Giza metro station is. If you want any help organising your visit around Giza, I recommend speaking to the staff, they can arrange everything for you, at a fair price and with people you can trust. This is a really good place to stay if you are travelling on a budget.

The workers are a good people however there is not enough care for the residence in the hotel. It seems like they care more about charging people more money and providing less services. I had a really bad experience here at this hotel I had booked six nights and since the first night they told me that there was a problem with the Internet after two days I checked again. There was still no Internet. I asked the morning guys and the night guys and every shift gave me a different reason why the Internet was not working. However, I came to find out that because I had gotten a good price on the rooms through booking. They were mad that I was not charged the price. They wanted to charge me originally because of that they had turned off the Internet for our rooms. First day we arrived. The room was not clean. The covers were dirty. The pillow covers were dirty. There were ants crawling around the bed and by the table. The kitchen is on the roof. It is not sanitary. The guy cooking does not wear proper clothing. The hotel is not set to be a hotel. It was an apartment building that was changed to be a hotel. I honestly recommend other hotels that are way cheaper and you get way more for the price you pay. There are a lot more issues that I wanna provide, but will stop here for now. Definitely will not come back here.
