Great Staff, and the location is fantastic. The Bathroom could have been better, although I stayed at the old section there is a renovated one

Directly on Tahrir Square, great location. The bed bugs were everywhere, and the staff could not do anything for us. They were walking across the common room floor and biting our feet, as well as in our beds and pillows. It was a horrible experience.

Firm favourite for location Nothing in particular. It is what it is.

The room are so spacious! And get a terrace too ! I could also make my laundry there...? All the receptionist are so helpful for whatever you need! (Taxi for airport, advice for visit...) Thank you Sameer, Ashraf and Abdel ! ? I advise to everyone who want to go to Cairo to go to this hotel which is well located! ?? Nothing !!

Convenient transportation, very close to the museum.

Price and place. There is a lack of hospitality factors such as Coffee corners, room cards, light options, sound isolation, kitchen equipments, soops and tissues in shared bathrooms. Has higinc tissus.

The location - ease of convenience. The bus station, railway station and metro are located at walking distance. Mr Ashraf at the reception is an exceptional person trying to help guests as much as possible. He's a great guy! Lack of staff speaking English and/or French. It can be frustrating to convey ideas across. Particularly when Mr Ashraf is not around. The property evidently has seen better days and a little refurbishing can go a long way. The approach to the hotel is unsanitary although the hotel by itself isn't bad overall. Bathrooms can be maintained cleaner and more toiletries could be provided. The premises could be better maintained. A better signage would help individuals to reach the place easier as it can be difficult to locate for foreigners since the property is almost hidden in plain sight.

Great location, clean room. Great balcony. Ni Manager helpful ,( speak english) Problem with the WiFi. No terras. Toilet floor risky if somebody had taken a shower. No place to put clothes when you take a shower. Just one in the staff that speaks english.

The stuff was very friendly and they made their best to be helpful in any way. Nothing. All was good.

Friendly staff & have a view over Tahrir sq The only good thing about this hotel. I booked a deluxe double room with private bathroom & balcony But i get a very bad humid room with a window & without TV "He got me 100 EP discount for not having TV like Daaaah ?" Very bad connection to internet My sinusitis killing me during staying there Very bad smell at the alley And the receptionist told me they have Building maintenance from 9 to 5 So i have to use to this noise It was nothing like the pictures online Not recommended at all
