Easy access to city Friendly environment...mr.saif gained my kids friendship and they enjoyed watching worlds cup football match..he bet that Portugal will met France on the final ... Staff was willing to offer any help request.. The food was decent they got scrambled eggs , falafel and some orange juice but the falafels are mid , and the bathroom is public btw.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, clean facilities and great location

It is an old building from the outside but the inside is a “jewel find”. The hostel staff are fun and silly. They are all respectful and well mannered. I enjoyed their company and the place itself. The place is well maintained and very safe to stay for a solo traveller. I wished I stayed longer but there is always a next time. Especial thanks to Andrew the manager who drove me @4am to the airport. I do appreciate his help. And to the staff; Phoebe, Seip, Ahmed, Nadine and sorry forget the other 2 girls. Thank you guys you all made my “Egypt visit” wonderful and very memorable. Hope to see you all again on my next visit❤️. Nothing at all

Lidia was always helpful for us the breakfast was the same all the time and I am still waiting to be refunded for an additionnal bed as I asked for. From my arrival date I canceled the bed that was outside the main room.

Its so central to everything. Clean and comfortable. Little bit noise outside. But it was ok.

I think I think it will not be the last time for this experience?

OMG Aya, Ahmed, Youssef, Nardine, Suzan, Iman and Fadi are the best staff ever. They made me feel like home!!? ?? Rooms are super clean and the breakfast is so delicious. The location is amazing where it is in the center of the town. You can easily find anything you need around. Special Thanks for Mina, the manager for managing everything perfectly ?? I Highly Recommend this amazing place!??????

Good location and friendly stuff，the room was clean and the breakfast was so good. this is the best place when I stay in Egypt all the stuffs give me more help I’d like to say thank you so much

The location is accessible to restaurant and you can walk around. We arrived 3 pm and as priveledge member in booking I was allowed for early check in but though we came 3pm room was not ready as reception told us. We waited for an hour to be checked in and the room was already prepared .

Great location, clean place and kind staff! No thing

I loved the service of all the staff specially from Fady. Very good location. We felt very comfortable and that’s why we came back to stay again. The second time I returned to the hotel, I stayed in the room right outside the reception. The people outside in the reception was very very loud very late at night and we couldn’t sleep.

Location is great and the staff are amazing. The front desk staff will take care of all your needs and the kitchen and housekeeping staff will make sure you have a great breakfast and your room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness No privacy in showers and restroom

Everything about this place was great; the location, the room, the price, etc., but the best was Aya and Narden, who are the nicest, most helpful, friendly and sweetest people ever.

I liked everything about this place, specially the staff, as a solo traveler this counts alot. Downsides are the noisy honks at tahrir square. There's nothing the hotel can do about it

- the staff’s hospitality. The staff is very friendly and welcoming us. - the room and the bathroom are clean and well maintained. - the breakfast is super great. I love the green round food (don’t know the name, photo attached). I personally prefer the breakfast could be served earlier like at 7:00-7:30am. If that could be arranged that will be great.
