The hotel was very clean ?, well-organized, and the service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. I would like to give special thanks to Ahmed at the reception ? He was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile ?. His attitude truly made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable. Great place to stay with excellent service. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, and to Maher from housekeeping for his great effort and attention to cleanliness. Highly recommended.

I left early because of change of plans. There was this one person at the counter named sharief. He took the initiative to return my money for me. That was very nice of him.

The staff were friendly, polite, and genuinely tried their best to recommend good restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. There is easy access to a convenience store, and a small shopping mall and shop area are nearby. The location is ideal if you need quick access to the airport. The room was clean, and the facilities were decent and well maintained. N/A

There were renovation works in the building during a weekend, going on for an entire afternoon. The loud noises made relaxation impossible. Perhaps not the best neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I appreciated the kettle and the enclosed shower. I liked breakfast which included ful, omelet, Egyptian bread with cheese and jam, halva, coffee or tea and water for 120 EGP. I also liked how easy the hotel made it to order delivery of food (they have a list of restaurants to order from). The location is convenient. Cairo airport is a 15 minute drive, Panda grocery store is a 4 minute walk and the mall, restaurants and coffee are close too. Nothing
