Decent breakfast. Located 3 block from the main plaza. Uncomfortable chairs in the breakfast area. No safety bars in the shower.

The room was comfortable and clean. The room was small. The hotel pictures are better than the experience.

The hotel is just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, making it very convenient. You’ll also find plenty of tour agencies nearby, all within walking distance. I recommend visiting a few in person and comparing prices—it’s much better than booking online. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but tasty, with just the right variety to start the day well. If you’re in the mood for affordable and delicious local food, head to Mercado Central, only about four blocks away. This area is also great for picking up local cheese and other dairy products, which the region is well known for. The hotel staff at reception are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. After check-out, you can even leave your bags with them if needed. Our room had a comfortable king-size bed, and there’s hot and cold water available at reception for refilling bottles. On top of that, they offer a free shuttle service, which is a wonderful bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay with lots of thoughtful touches! The only suggestion I have is that the scrambled eggs are super dry. We ordered an omelet and some runny eggs, but they were overcooked, nothing runny about them. Please let the chef know that eggs are supposed to be juicy and not bone dry :)

Location and staff were great. Breakfast , definitely!, could have been better! Too basic. It needs some more variety of breads, pastries, perhaps, some sausage, bacon. Also, the Jets in the Jacuzzi were nit working. Someone (a staff member) should check that all us in good working order is the Room BEFORE a guest checks in , only then the room.uscrealky "ready"!

Clean, friendly staff, close to the Plaza Noise, shower had low water pressure, window faced outside and, while frosted, didn’t completely prevent silhouettes from being seen.

Nice, clean and real good location... Room was in the in er courtyard which also hosts a restaurant and is where breakfast is served. This makes the place rather noisy especially in the evenings...

My room happened to face a corridor wall, not the courtyard, so it was dark.
