Hotel Los Nogales

The rooms were spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, which included a hot-water shower! The breakfast was excellent - the eggs were cooked to perfection, there was fresh-baked bread and the coffee was good. They also helped us get to Banos de Inka, as well as told us where to find the collectivo bus stand to get to Leimebamba. It was also in the square that held basketball courts, and was close walking distance to ATM's and Ovalo de Inka, where you catch busses to get around town. It was great!

Wifi is terrible if your room is around the corner, as mine was. I had to share my phone Claro data with my laptop.

The location of the hotel is great! It is located at the end of a road in a rather quiet neighbourhood. It is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The offer breakfast which is nothing special, but quite alright! The ladies from house keeping are great! The rooms have a good size and are well equipped. Everything worked, shower, sink, TV (not that I actually watch much :-)) Nothing comes to mind. In general I would recommend to travel with a sleeping mask and ear plugs. My room was quiet, but there was a rooster in the neighbourhood, so my night would have been over at 5 am without earplugs! And the shades won't keep the daylight out!

Hot shower always, and very good internet, friendly staff, good breakfast with some variation every day, good location but bear in mind it's about 15-20 minutes by walk to the centre - Plaza de Armas. They gave me a thermometer when I was feeling sick and did housekeeping every day!!! The first time in Peru there was an actual window in the room looking outside. Very good value for money. I also liked Cajamarca so much that I stayed for more days and they happily extended my stay (and kept the same price) One day there was a lot of noise from a neighbouring room

The location is not on a busy street which is rare in Peru. We had chill nights. The view from the terrace was good considering it's in the middle of the city The staff was not really honest helping in our laundry, telling us it was no problem to wait one day more and then charging us extra for "fast service" (more than 24 hours)

Great professionally run place. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would stay here again. A tiny bit out of the way. The breakfast is basic.

Great staff and wifi. The location was close to the city, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The room was huge and very comfortable. The terrace was a huge plus. The breakfast was average - like everywhere in Peru. But nevertheless I would definitely stay here again and do recommend this hotel to anybody! Nothing - it´s really a very nice place!

Good place to stay for a night. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the plaza. The staff kindly let us hangout in their lobby since we were waiting to leave on a night bus. The showers were actually hot and stayed hot for the whole shower! Their included breakfast is literally only a roll of bread..This is not a breakfast. When you pay a little extra to have breakfast included, you’d hope that you actually get fed.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in a quite area. Basic breakfast with coffee and juice. Bed was comfortable. Hot water in the shower. I could leave my backs after check-out while out in the city waiting for my night bus.
