Old property, long time since last full renovation. Breakfast / dinner room in the basement.

The location was ok The pool was filthy. The rooms had ants everything. The doors didn't lock. Tv didn't work. Staff were rude.

Great family hotel

Good facilities, clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, good shower, decent balcony. Very close to the seaside We missed a kitchen/kitchenette in the room. Would have been great to have some cutlery in the room. It is MANDATORY to put at least wine opener alongside the wine glasses, especially in Spain. I had to go down to the bar to ask for one. The ladies at the reception were not very friendly during check-in. Price was very high, I was booking few days before vacation and there were not many options. So the value ratio is not the best.

Very nice and helpfull staff. Good food (we had half board). Good location. We would come back. Restaurant (breakfast and dinner) in the basement. It is allowed to take breakfast upstair, but not dinner. It could be much better to have dinner/breakfast area at the 0 floor, with windows… And animations or bigger spa area at the basement?

Good location Hotel is dated and definitely not 4 star. Lift unavailable post storm and not fixed meaning we had to carry a pram up and down stairs for 5/7 days. Pool was unavailable for 2 days (again due to storm). Me and my daughter got trapped in the pool toilets as the handle is off and wasn’t fixed. Air conditioning temperamental. Limited breakfast variety.

Rooms where always tidy even tho we where family who likes to sleep in and sometimes miss the breakfast housekeeper always worked around us to make sure our rooms are clean. Breakfast was very good standart suits all. Friendly staff very helpfull. only problem we had that we had ants in the room.

4start are too much for this property, needs serious update! Terrible beds and pillows and badly maintained facilities.

The hotel is perfect for calm vacation with the family Located just at the beach - you only have to cross the bicycle pad. Shops, cafes around. Friendly staff, animation for children. Not too much and too loud, just enough. The food was various, every day something new. The first night we stayed in a room located on the 1st floor of the main building and oriented with the windows to the bar with very loud live music till 1 am. For the children was too much. The stuff was very helpful, and next morning we changed the room.
