The hotel doesn't supply free breakfast. You need to pay 8 Euro for each day. Particulaly, it is too far away from each landmark in Palma. I spent more than 6 hours on transportation everyday which made me really depressed.

Great location. Very clean. Nice friendly staff, Good entertainment. Reasonable Bar prices. Late checkout only €20 which was good. We had a seaview room, which was just a view down a street, but main problem was the noise from the bar below. Really loud. Hardly slept for the full 10 nights. Food also wasnt vey nice, we were only bed & breakfast, but only ate in the restaurant 3 mornings out of 10! Too early 8-10am, spoke to other guests who were staying half board and they said the food was awful.

Near by parking convenient to everything loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely big beach 15 mins walk up the beautiful promenade. Smaller beach beside hotel. Lovely staff all very welcoming. Was my second time staying here would definitely stay again.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful. It's a basic hotel, you get what you pay for, can't complain as I got a decent deal. I stayed room only. Didn't like the canteen style food. Only had breakfast one day. And had to warm it up in the microwave ?

The tasty food. The building has a few years, so the sound isolation on the room is not great... the same for the TV reception.

Brilliant central location. Beds very comfortable and AC excellent. Plenty of space around the pool even mid July. Breakfast was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the A42 airport bus stop which costs only €8 each way compared to €100 for a taxi. Late checkout when available only costs €20, if not available there is a locked luggage room to use and a shower room for guests after checkout Bring earplugs! The walls are thin so you hear everyone coming and going in the corridors. Music from the bar is loud but is always finished by 12 so not a big problem. Dinner options could be better, go for breakfast only and enjoy the many local restaurants instead
