Loved the location on the port. Had a sea view room with a good sized balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. Very clean room and public areas. Had daily maid service. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Friendly reception staff. Thought was good value for money.

nice clean hotel with good food in a nice area, Will definitely return again.. we requested a junior suite, which was nice, BUT the room across from us had a dog in the room which barked constantly and was totally unfair and unacceptable for all the rooms in the vicinity ,, also the pool was closed from around 6pm onwards not suiting the people who wanted a dip after the days heat subsided a bit

Marek is fantastic on reception, excellent spoken castellano and very helpful. Informed me of the membership- as it turns out I had to extend my stay so recieved the members' discount. Upgraded to a Seaview. As funny as this sounds, I am travelling with my beloved cat - for business. After staying in various hotels in Mallorca, this is the first straight forward pets policy hotel that includes CATS in their policy not 'pets' meaning dogs only. Love it. Room was super clean, view of the harbour brilliant. Havn't had enough free time to use the pool or massage facilities but glad it was available. Now, the buffet! As a foodie- for 15euros this is immensely worth it. A kebab costs the same. Fresh fish, veg and meat options including sword fish, Paella (not the microwaved touristic kind), great variety of options and a wine for 2.90 euros yes please. Buffet was great and the staff are charming and helpful, very sweet girl from Valencia serving in the restaurant, I can give the food 10/10 for the price and the location is great. Hot running shower and bath, water seems filtered. Very comfortable stay and I would recommend booking direct- there is free public parking 3 minutes walk from the hotel if you're driving from UK like me or renting a car on the island. Being on business I needed breakfast from 07:00. It opens at 08:00 and I did try the breakfast 2 morning out of 3, but as an early bird and important business to attend- I need that coffee and power breakfast available a bit earlier but on holidays with lay ins I would not make this comment.
