Protur Floriana Resort Aparthotel - All inclusive

This was our second visit to this hotel and honestly better than we remembered! The food for the price we paid was outstanding - we cannot fault anything about our experience. Would definitely recommend - the rooms were clean and comfy and cleaned with fresh towels etc 5 times during our 7 day stay, the social areas cleaned every day. To be fair the themed food in the evenings were really good. The staff were all lovely and went over and above any requests we had. Nothing that i can think of.

Great pools and ideal location. Probably best for smaller children - ours are 2 and 4. Not sure there's enough to occupy older kids. Kid's entertainment is very repetitive. Literally the exact same show for 9 nights. But the staff's enthusiasm and interactions with the children cannot be faulted!

Exceptional

Have been here before but couldn't rebook through Easyjet so went to Bluesea Playa in Sa Coma- stayed one night and left! Was delighted to be able to get to Protur floriana for the rest of our holiday. Staff lovely, location perfect,food amazing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough No issues

Really great that there were several pools. And the resort was nicely spread out. Probably could have done with more vegan options at breakfast.

Great kids swimming pool, property well maintained, great size of bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, decent food for the price. In general lovely staff, always welcoming and friendly with a smile in their faces. Mini club, kids disco, good option for staying with kids. After a few days food was quite repetitive and it was not great options for vegetarians, mini disco kinda same every night, could have more variety of kids entertainment. We also missed a kids playground close to main area.

Very good

The cleaning staff was starting with cleaning way too eatly at around 8:30 and was making a lot of noise by moving the furniture around on the tile floor. That resulted in waiking us up in a quite unpleasant way. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, so my friend needed to get one from the main reception desk in another building and pay 10e deposit.

The hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars. Comparing with many 4 star hotels it has to offer much more and the one never feels bored here. I can start with the room/apartment that was really really good and spacious. We basically had everything that we needed there. Then continue with the food and drinks included in the all-inclusive offer which was incredibly good. And ending with the stuff that were so friendly and helpful. I personally enjoyed every moment staying in this hotel. One of the best things are their bikes that they offer to borrow for free with some deposit, honestly that really helps to explore and move around little bit easier. Many better rated hotels should take an example from them and follow that practice. ?

We really liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the territory is beautiful and large, the rooms are large, we did not cook in the room, but the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The food in the hotel was delicious and quite varied (except for breakfast and fruit). There was plenty to choose from: many types of fish, meat, side dishes, desserts. Very tasty ice cream. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Cala Bona beach. 25 minutes to Cala Milor beach. We really liked both beaches. Large embankment, there is where to walk. The animation team is unobtrusive. Loved the hotel.. staff were very friendly & attentive , very clean public areas, rooms and restaurant . Food was great with lots of choice, only downside was wine was very poor. Otherwise very impressed with the whole all Inc experience. Paper cups… very bad wine.

- Beautifull resort, clean and spacious rooms with big balcony - You can always find free sunbeds near pools. - Food was great, a lot to choose from, tastefull. - Personell was always helpfull and nice. - Great coctail drinks. Only 3 for free in all inclusive, but tasty. Beer was also good. - You can use washing machine there - screaming kids everywhere. When you want calm meal or time next to the pool this hotel is not for you. We had only calm and quite dinner when they invited us to their italian restaurant where the food was even better than the regular one. You get one free invitation when you stay more than 5 days. - you can rent the bike for free, just 10€ deposit, but they are in absolutelly terrible state. I think it is even dangerous to use them. - nice beach was far away. There is Cala bona beach which was rocky and not clean. We were going to Cala Millor beach which was quite full, 20min away, but nice and clean. - coffee from the machines was terrible

Great customer service, nice location, comfortable rooms and bedding. Average cleaning, we had an ant invasion (kindly solved in 2 days by the staff), the food is ok but mainly british-oriented, if someone is not a fan of english cuisine the choice is rather scarse.
