Outdated and used furrniture in the rooms. Could have been cleaner in the room. Beds not so comfortable.

Location is great very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. Great selection of food for breakfast. Ques for coffee in the morning. The coffee machine was quite slow. Maybe an idea to get a separate flask for hot water for tea.

Great ,clean, not expensive hotel with tasty food and perfect staff, especially people on reception. Loud music from the bar after 11 pm.

Pretty basic, clean hotel, excellent location for beach etc… Food was the only let down. Somehow the chefs have seemingly mastered the art of extracting flavour from a range of dishes… luckily there is a wide selection, so typically there is always something to salvage… otherwise for the price, I would say good value for money.

The food was so good - that it was every day the same.

Great location and cleanliness was ok There were 7 floors and only 2 lifts. The lifts only big enough for 2 people at a time. There were no provisions for hot drinks between 10pm and 8am and we were not allowed to use the hot drinks machine at lunch times. The food was always cold with very poor choices, and plates and cutlery were not clean at times. Some staff were not very welcoming, choosing to ignore us and chat to their colleagues instead when it was obvious we were waiting to be served ( poolside bar)

Lovely hotel only thing that let it down was the food - not much choice and a lot of it was cold.

The food was excellent and location just few minutes away from the beach. Highly recommend it. We will come back.

Good location . The beach is 2 minutes away. Nearby there are cafes and shops and car rental. audibility. It was not possible to get enough sleep because early in the morning someone was already rattling the doors and the elevator . Not very tasty food unfortunately…

The location was perfect, near the sea. Shopping was very close. Kids places were near too. Traveling cars, buses and vans were very often until late nights. Live music bars near by and with dancers. Towels very daily cleaned. The daily food was not so good. Laundry machines were 15 mins far by walk. Imagine need to walk with big bag of dirty then clean clothing. The drivers to move to airport do not take cash, need always in advance to reserve the bus ticket or van taxi.

Nice hotel set in a great area in the middle of everything. Basic AI and the food is ok but what you expect for the price. Room was ok and a good size, powerful shower too. Main complaint was the final night when I returned just after 11pm and went to get a wine to take to the room. I was grabbed by an angry member of staff who told me to put the glass down as the AI finished 2 minutes earlier. Fair enough but I pointed out that people were still eating and drinking in there so didn't think a small wine would be an issue. I was told to go to the open bar on the other side of the hotel. Again refused a drink yet the bar was full. After complaining I was told I can buy a drink but not part of the AI after 11pm. Fair enough but the attitude of the woman and physically grabbing my arm was out of order. I would have happily paid for my drink but was never given that option by the rude lady. Left a bad taste and one I will be reporting to the hotel directly.
