The room and hotel were recently upgraded, so we had a nice fresh feel about it. The cleaning staff are lovely. Always greeting you with a smile. The pool is basic and the breakfast is nice, large selection Breakfast buffet after 3 or 4 days becomes monotonous. The reception, in my opinion, wasn't overly friendly. They were nice but nothing special. We had a very hard time trying to book taxis to this hotel. Not sure if its the system the hotel uses to book taxis but on 3 occasions we had to cancel taxi after waiting 45mins. When we went outside on the 3rd occasion and went to taxi rank, we were informed that taxis are quiet that night and not sure why a delay was happing for us at the hotel.

Location, very friendly staff, clean and pleasant room. Breakfasts were quite monotonous. There could be greater variety of food.

My balcony had a nice view of the beach and seeing the great vibes of people walking l through the strip My only complaint was the pillows were not to my liking

First of all 1) hotel boutique, chic and clean. Cute rooms, super clean and super friendly staff. Free water. Very pleasant stay 2) Breakfast :Complete, clean, good variety. Organised and fresh. 3) Antonia at the reception was super friendly and helpful. 4) Hotel is quiet, elegant and not noisy people. Nice pool with enough sunbeds. (everyone respectful, no reservations) I will definitely come back. The stairs to the room. 209. I recommend the seniors to ask for a room down.

Food was excellent, better quality meat would have been nicer. Resort is very quiet no night life ,mainly German and English, perhaps mention this on your website would be extremely helpful to visitors.

Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and I have no complaints at all about the room. Lobby was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was greeted with a meal when I arrived late in the night which was greatly appreciated. The location was good only short walk to the beach front- although the beach was extremely busy which I expected for July. It was impossible to find an empty sun-lounger and I quickly realised you need to come before 10 to find a empty space. You are also charged for these ( around €4.50 for a sunlounger and up to 14€ if you also want a parasol . The hotel also charge for beach towels at €3 per day however I noticed there are many many shops selling beach towels for around €5. It seems better value for money to either bring your own or buy one from the shops as opposed to renting from the hotel. My only issue was the food. The selection was very limited which would not be an issue if majority of the food items were not meat- based. For each meal, there would only be one dish that was suitable for vegetarians and that was often pasta and fries. If you are a veggie/vegan I would not recommend opting for an all inclusive or half-board for this reason. However I would say i really enjoyed the pastry and fruit selection at breakfast- it was definitely a highlight of the meals

Location is very good. The restaurante in place that can be included in the reservation is a plus Rooms are comfortable I would appreciate an smart TV and a bigger size

Perfect location to the beach ,the kitchen stuff was amazing , the food and everything is very worthy , hope to come back ,I lived the place .
