CM Playa del Moro Hotel

King bed was 2 singles pushed together and bed was very firm. A/C was ineffective if you had window shades open for view - sun made room very warm.

Amazing food, great location, excellent staff and acommodation

Everything was great! The people working in the restaurant and especially Jhon who is making fresh omelettes made our stay truly exceptional! Jhon was always so friendly and nice, made every meal feel special! Amazing location, amazing view, super close to the beach. Everything was clean, service was very helpful. We have stayed for one week and sheets were not changed a single time. Food was a bit repetitive. If you take drinks from the bar to the beach, the size is smaller, but the price is the same.

Perfect local location at the best beach part in Cala Millor. The breakfast buffet was ample and over the top. If you are not into dinner buffets, there are plenty of great little tapas places and other restaurants in the vicinity that are open all afternoon into night. There was a lot of noise at night on the promenade, drunken louts and shouting late at night.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Location near the ocean was great. The steam room did not seem to be working.

Everything. Location was right on the beach, the staff were very helpful, friendly and wanted to help ensure you had a great stay not only at the hotel but also on the island. The buffet breakfast and dinners were great. Huge variety and everyday different food styles were featured. Lovely pool area. Hotel located in the shopping area as well for nice strolls after the beach Nothing it was great. If you are driving street parking is required.

The hotel was decent overall, but definitely not worth the price we paid. It hasn’t been renovated in more than 10 years and the furniture is outdated. On the positive side, it was clean and the food was decent, but far from matching the value for the money.

The room was a little too hot overnight, the AC didn't manage to cool it down enough.

The food quality & selection at both breakfast and dinner was great - and the restaurant staff were spot on! The hotel has a great location ? Pool area could be cleaner, there are lovely trees and a lot of birds, most mornings the sun lounges were dirty with debris from the trees and bird poo - in my opinion more resource required to keep a highlight area of the hotel up to the cleanliness levels of the other areas of the hotel. The entertainment team during the day, again in my opinion, were not that engaging and my daughter and I were abruptly turned away from a darts activity because we were 3 minutes late, this was our first day and I would expect some flexibility - this kind of put us off joining future day time activities. Also free drinking water would be nice during pool opening times, especially thinking of the many kids at the hotel - it was no problem really as there is a Spar shop opposite, but then I think the hotel misses a revenue opportunity as because I just stocked up on other items that would definitely have purchased on site if free drinking water was available during the day / pool opening times. Oh and don’t buy a pizza at the pool snack bar unless you have very strong teeth, most of the pizza was so hard it was inedible.

Location was fantastic! Beach right across the promenade where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Staff super professional and helpful The only issue was with the Air conditioning in the room. No air would come out. After spending one sweltering night, staff were very accommodating to switch our room.

Wish the pool was warmer ? I get hot at night and I could not get the air conditioning to turn on.

We stayed in CM Playa del Moro for 10 days at the end of April 2025: + food is amazing! Breakfast as well as dinner with many options and varieties, we stayed 10 days and the meals were truly delicious. Special thanks to Jhon who stood behind the grill station most of the time! Also there are enough tables inside and outside depening on weather conditions. + clean, spacious rooms, big cozy beds (2m wide). Make sure to book sea view, it is stunning! Shower hat good water pressure + nice spa (indoor pools warm + cold, sauna open intim 10pm) + staff was always nice and service in the dining area very quick (Special thanks to Marina for always Smoking and being so friendly!) + outdoor pool and sunbeds clean and comfortable + the beach is only 50m across the street with soft white sand and clear water + there is a Supermarket directly in front of the hotel, there is also a „Shopping“ street with many restaurants and shops Nothing :-)))

Everything was good, by the beach, staff was very nice, facilities were amazing Only thing I think needs improvement is the vegan/vegetarian food available. They had options but they were not nice options/not cooked properly, I think it would be useful for the hotel and kitchen to consult with a vegan/vegetarian to improve this area. (e.g. know how to cook tofu before offering it; know what products to offer, etc)!
