The salads were good and there was a large selection. The sauna was not turned on. The rooms were renovated. The beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The fitness room is small but nice, and the indoor pool is well suited for children. Blood on the pillow. The room had no air conditioning, so it was too hot and we had to leave the door open. Because of that, we could hear loud live music and there was no peace and quiet – especially unsuitable for families with small children. Smoke from the neighbors below also came into our room. The WiFi did not work properly. There were not enough high chairs for children, so we had to lay our 6-month-old baby on a bench.

This is the perfect hotel ever. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms and the views are exceptional. And last but not least, the food... 5 stars. I will definitely get back here. The tourists who come into the hotel in bathing suits, with water and sand on them. Looks like they just got out of the caves with their behavior.

Overall the stay was good. The location and views from our balcony to the beach were amazing. Staff was nice. If you only require a room to stay in with amazing views and location, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel and rooms are a bit old and requires some renovation. Also the room lacks amenities like water/coffee and fridge. Although its okay not having free water/coffee but a small fridge would’ve been great to cool our water bottles and some food when needed.

Very nice location right in front of the beach…. The hotel was very clean and well maintained despite being already a bit older…. They told us that the hotel will close now to be completely refurbished and renovated and will become a four star hotel … Staff was very friendly ! But best of all - the amazing ocean view from the 7th floor !! ??? (definitely worth paying a little bit extra for a room with sea view !) The only thing I did not like was the breakfast ! The products were of basic quality - juice from concentrate, coffee was not good, sausages very artificial… the fruit salad looked like it came out of a can… the quality of the breakfast was really not great !

We have stayed at the hotel on lots of occasions and thought the food was the best we have had over previous holidays. We have always found the staff friendly and welcoming, and part of the holiday experience. We understand the hotel caters for mainly German tourists, but find the lack of English speaking t.v. channels a probable reason for UK holidaymakers not feeling as valued. As the hotel is going through a refurbishment, we hope the company, wishes to appeal to all nationalities, to make it, an even more enjoyable experience.

Very good location. Excellent food. Congrats for services! Confortable beds. I would recommend it and for sure we will come back. A little bit too old furniture but as i understand it will be modernized this year.

The location is perfect. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Probably the best open buffet I have seen the mainland Europe. The room was old and tired. The bed was not even fully flat. The balcony door was so old, we could hear the crowds during the day and the loud waves at night. The hotel has no sunbeds by the sea, which was a surprise for me as it was our first time in Mallorca.

Amazing view right next to the beach! The staff is amazing! There could be more sea food options at dinner. And the rooms do not have a fridge by default. You have to ask and pay 2 euros a day. However, there weren't any available during the first day of my stay. Just being picky. Everything was amazing! The staff is fantastic as well! Loved the hotel.
