Hotel Kyrat Amarac - Adults Only

The room was exceptional! The skybar was incredible! Breakfast really good. And the location was perfect Elevator too slow ?. Its the only bad thing I can think of

It was generally very clean and in very good conditions. My single room was not great for the money I have to say. These little rooms in the middle of the floor without balcony and with little lite - I really did not like and would not book again. Double rooms seem absolutely fine though.

The hotel, rooftop and staff were amazing. Tania is such a wonderful person. She speaks multiple languages and is eager to help in anything you may need. I will definitely return in the future.

The location and Staff are the best in Cala Millor. Cudos to Tania; she is always ready to support guests and solve any problems they may have. Internet speed is very slow if you also need to work on uploading and downloading heavy assets.

The cleanliness was great. Also the location. Best hotel breakfast ive had in a while. The room layout had no windows.. it was in the centre in what was like room pods. That was strange. I would have liked a view or balcony.

Location was perfect. Very friendly staff. Great rooftop beds overlooking beach. Calm atmosphere. Perfect stay. The only thing the bed was a little hard.

The staff was really nice The hotel was just next to a really loud worksite… we could not sleep at all. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The mattress was really old. The gave us another room in a partner hotel just 100m away. But the bed was even worse. The mattress must have been of really poor quality or really old. They told us, they would change it, but we die not hear anything back.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the receptionist provided us with bus timetables and gave us different ideas for activities which made our stay feel special and personal. The breakfast was gorgeous too, there was a wide selection to choose from, like Irish breakfast, cereals, different types of bread, cold cuts and fresh fruit. And something for the sweet tooth too of course! We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, from which you have a lovely view on the sea and the landscape. The pool and jacuzzi is on the rooftop as well, alongside a bar that is open at night. Our room had everything we needed, like a safe, a coffee machine and a tv. The bed was very comfortable too. The location is superb as well, you're right in front of the beach but it's still close to the bus stops for the airport etc. I actually expected the pool to be a little bit bigger, but it was lovely nontheless.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially the manager Tania. Location is on the first (sea) line. Beautiful view from the bar on the top. Comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunately I booked a room with an internal view and it was not possible to change it during my stay even for an extra payment. It was a smell of the food every night in the room. Also I could not open the curtain since everything was visible from outside. The team offered me a dinner one time as an excuse.

hotel is very clean and modern, looks exactly like in the photos. the view is amazing and the location is great too. breakfast / dinner - the choice of food isnt very big, however everything is tasty, looks good and looks good quality. also, the staff is perfect, friendly and helpful, at the reception, at the restaurant etc.

Great value for the money. Extremely friendly and service minded staff. I checked in very late evening, and they have saved some food from the dinner and offered a welcome glass of cava. Amazing sea view from the room. Breakfast and dinner very poor for the 4 star hotel.

Very good

Tania is the best and most humble person ever. From my checking to checkout, i got really good help from Tania in the reception, she catered to all my needs from booking taxis, arranging showers after the sea even after i have already checked out. Providing towels etc. She is amazing. The hotel is superb as well including location. Just next to the beach and the rooms are nice and cosy overlooking the beach. Very easy to go from the airport. One bus and it stops just 5 mins away. Very handy location in cala millor. Loved the rooftop sunbeds overlooking the beach. Its unreal. Only one complaint, dinner in the hotel was not that great. Rice in the Paella was not cooked properly. Long waiting time to replace finished dishes. But it's only a minor mishap I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good, but it is not a 4-star hotel in my opinion. My room was tiny and pretty modest, definitely not a 4-star room. Glass door to the toilet - impossible to have darkness in the room. The whole place is quite noisy, but that's what you pay for a central location.

Superb

- clean - very good location, close to everything (shops, restaurants, etc) - very quiet - lots of facilities closed or not accessible (no pool, no jacuzzi, no rooftop bar) - the cocktails from the downstairs bar aren’t quite tasty - the breakfast needs a bit of improvement (vegan options with non dairy milk would be a good start for example)
