The ventilation did not work. Cockroach in bathroom. No view from the room.

Friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast and dinner options, clean and good facilities. We used inner pool.

Room was clean,.spacious and had a nice view, good variety of fresh food with healthy options, staff were great, hotel is well presented and great location All inclusive drinks were slightly limited, steam room was not working and the gym is quite small and limited on equipment

How clean hotel was. Pool and food, location, entertainment.kids activities. Entertainment finish at 23:00 it could be to midnight.

Location was good, not directly on the beach but only a 5 min walk. Very clean. Great facilities. Lovely staff - especially Cati on the front desk. Fantastic pool and gardens. Superb breakfast Nothing - we had a lovely stay

Amazing hotel. Clean - extremely clean. The cleaning process was done very fast and I was surprised to see how efficient it was done. Also, they cleaned the rooms when people were having breakfast - which is the best time. Applause for the cleaning team altogether ??. Food - WOW! One time per week, on Thursdays, they have a gala dinner. We caught it twice. They should advertise this. It was just amazing - you did not know what to eat first: from duck with orange sauce, to fish, shrimp, amazingly tasting garnishes … it was a dream. On the other nights, the food was excellent too. The staff in the kitchen … incredible ?? Furniture in the room - very nice, new, comfortable beds, pleasant design. Bathroom - large and well thought through. Balcony - really nice. Aquagym - not advertised and amazing. It should be written in the booking description or under facilities or somewhere and also added as a filter option on booking. Evening entertainment - really great. Location - wonderful, right next to the pedestrian area and very close to the beach. Noise - on the first night, I was close to crying myself to sleep after trying to fall asleep for 5 hours … there are 2 bars near the hotel and they are very loud … the problem is that on the one hand-side, the balcony doors do not close very well - there is no noise cancelling whatsoever. The hotel should consider this improvement, because you on holiday to relax. And as this is a family hotel, most people have kids and do not want to party until late in the night / early morning. Not being able to relax and sleep can really ruin a nice vacation. I went down to the reception to ask for a room facing the mountain and not the pool and he told me (and I also realised then) that there are no rooms facing that way … he also told me that it could have been worse … not a very nice attitude - in any case, not helping me at all with my sleep. Next day, we went to the farmacy and bought ear plugs for 2 euros. To be honest, they should put these in the room as a welcoming gift because they are well aware of the noise problems. We could not sleep every night with the ear plugs, but when we did, it was all good.

Friendly staff ( most of them ) Beach is nice Location is decent Very small pool without music Entertainment is very poor unless you love Bingo Breakfast good but repetitive and most of the juices are made of concentrate not fruits No toilets by the pool ( to access the toilets you have to go through reception area so every time need to dress up which is annoying ) Pool drink glasses are very small

Hotel was clean, facilities were brilliant and great value for money. The aircon wasn’t working so we had to open balcony doors to let air in however the music from the bar nearby kept us awake.
