The property was amazing. In the center of the town, in walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. The facility itself was quiet and very well maintained. The best was the pool area were you can relax and the staff who’s there to make your stay the best possible.

Lovely hotel, full of character. Highlights-pool and garden area, quality of breakfast, cycling services (secure garage/tools etc. on site). Room (superior double) was big with separate sofa and balcony with mountain view. Plus the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Even had a gym and a sauna which we didn’t realise until the last day. Two gorgeous cove beaches in the village plus a few restaurants. 5km walk over the hill to port de pollenca /20 min bus ride if you want to venture further/sort bikes etc. Really easy. Would return in a heartbeat!

We had a room on the lower ground level and there were quite a few mosquitoes outside and in the room.

A great hotel, staff were great as were the rooms and pool area. We found the menu for lunch and dinner a little limited. Lunch options were not inspiring.

Everything - the hotel was great, super staff, nice location, great pool & sun beds, small but very functional gym, very quiet at night, lots of place to park in front of the hotel - one suggestion : have (free) water available at the bar during the day. Otherwise everything was perfect, thanks !!

Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient Fabulous pool and garden, with complimentary towels. Separate towels provided for beach. Very stylish public areas (upgraded since our last visit). Superb breakfast, served at pool trrrace. Great location - easy walk to beach and village amenities. Local bus stop 50m away for buses to Pollensa (market, restaurants and cafes) and Puerto Pollensa. Easy parking in local streets. Super bar, with good prices and excellent service. Quiet relaxed atmosphere - an oasis of calm in the centre of the resort. Nothing. Rooms could maybe do with upgrade, but spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Very well looked after and maintained with nice internal and external spaces. Lack of soul or buzz and a bit lifeless. Sometimes too quiet. No parking facilities.
