This boutique holiday hotel overlooks a secluded cove and the sea from its tranquil setting in Cala San Vincenç, on the coastline of northern Majorca. Set between the pines and the crystal waters of the Mediterranean, the Niu is housed in a characteristic, whitewashed Balearic building. Here you will find original features, such as stone arches, blending with contemporary decor in clean white. From its garden and snack bar terrace, you can take in the fantastic views over the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. In-room breakfast is available for free until December 2020 inclusive. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. A bike parking is featured. From the hotel you can easily reach the fine sandy beach of Cala Molins and Cala Barks. The charming port and historic town of Pollença, 4.3 mi away, provide an ideal daytrip destination.

Near the sea, kind staff, diverse breakfast Didn't have running water _including toilet_ for the first 24 hours of our stay. Continued to lie about it, saying water was out across the entire town (nope), that it was about to come on in an hour (nope, twice), then denied any reasonable discount at the end of our stay, even trying to charge for the bottled water we were forced to use from the mini-bar. Bring earplugs -- can hear every noise from the hallway and the street even with windows shut. Bed sheets scratchy and thin.

- Excellent location on a quiet village. - Delicious and varied breakfast. - For the occasion of my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine was offered. - The room was situated on another building ( not in the main one ) . This was not clear on the moment of the booking. - The wall paint of the room need some maintenance. - The products on the amenity kit were not very good. - Airco did not work properly. It didn’t bother us because it was not that warm. - The hotel is nice but I expected more from a 4 star hotel. This feels more a 3 star hotel.

Good location close to the beach albeit the view was partially obscured by an ugly modern hotel on one side. Nice rooftop pool. Clean rooms. Felt more like a three star offering. Hotel stated it had a 4 star rating but it felt more like 3. However, it was priced at the lower end of expectations also. Small rooms. Food poor (chicken burger was inedible but we weren’t charged for it).

The location is remarkable. Such a beautiful beach. The breakfast was delicious too. However, the place lacks a soul - the staff are very uninterested and not that welcoming, and the place does not feel that cozy. The pool is also very tiny and it’s best to just swim in the sea. Overall, it’s a good place in a remarkable location, but it lacks in some areas.

The most gorgeous view of the sea. Comfortable room. Be good to ask for a balcony seat view. We had a standard room at the back but we were not staying too long so did not really matter. Breakfast was good and a variety every day. Staff lovely. Not the hotels fault but they built a huge hotel to the right restricting some of the view in certain rooms.

Everything clean, beautiful, classy but felt comfortable with my children there. Bar staff weren’t very helpful when I tried to take 4 drinks up to the second floor pool by myself!
