Beautiful location. The hotel is nice, big recreation areas (restaurant, bar, pool, spa). Very nice room with amazing view to the Cala All was nice

The view over the pool and the beach. The breakfast is made of very large choices and varied options. The location and parking service are top!

Here's a review from a US mother who's accustomed to 4-5 star properties. I knew from the photos the hotel was a take back to Golden Girls era...dated but well reviewed so we gave it a-go mainly for its location. The rooms are very small! Clean but SMALL! Staff was super nice. The entire decor outdated. 100% cruise vibes! Everyone boasts about the breakfast buffet... its okay (nothing was delicious and the cappuccino's were undrinkable) and would surely not decide to stay here based on that. The room service ends at a ridiculous 10 pm. Dinner is again buffet so if you're not into that its the only way to eat here which I wish wasn't the case (again cruise vibes). You simply cannot beat the location in this area- its away from the tourist chaos but close enough if you want to drive 10 minutes.

Such an amazing location and dreamy pool! A/C went out one night and bed was a little hard but nothing that was enough to really impact how much we loved the hotel.

The location close to beaches and the stunning views from the comfortable balcony can't be beat! The hotel staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. The valet service made coming and going a breeze. Breakfast was also delicious. The beds were a little on the firm side, but that's just a personal preference. Otherwise rooms were well equipped and comfortable.

Honestly by the far the best stay we had ever. Best views, great service, great food, lovely lovely staff and amazing chilled experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Views were spectacular. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide assistance. Lots of nearby restaurants and markets.

Suite was fairly small and not much privacy on lanai. Not great if there a smokers under or beside you.

Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great dinner options in the hotel restaurant. Room was spacious and with nice view. Very affordable for 5 star hotel. We also liked the evening show. Free parking in nearby parking lot. The beach is small and with piles of seaweed. It is surprisingly cumbersome to get to your room as hotel designs is not intuitive. Sauna is pleasant but does not have sufficient capacity for hotel size. Cooling pool would be great. You need a car.

The view from the nice sized balcony was amazing with the beach a stones throw away. Everything was very convenient! I also got a massage, which was one of the best of my life! The rooms were quite small, but the balcony made up for it and they were quite comfortable. Not a lot of space if any to store your toiletries.

Amazing location and fantastic staff. Loved it and will be back. The views of the ocean from the balcony are lovely and sound of the ocean with the welcome Cava was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful! General areas, room and pool area were spotless and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional - food delicious. Location was great, well away from the touristy areas of the island. Pool temperatures were cooler than I’d have liked. The fitness center needs some attention. Many times there was no cups for the water cooler of hand towels. Facility could use a few more exercise mats and a foam roller.

The hotel is perfectly located, a stones throw from the water (if that’s what you are looking for). The exterior is pleasing, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful, with an option to sit on the terrace with beautiful views. For being a five-star hotel, the elevators were a bit wonky… Two separate tiny elevators serving the whole hotel, and each had to be called with a separate button. Plus, there was no good staircase alternative. The only available staircase went through the laundry room, and the working/dirty facilities of the hotel that is best for guests to not see ;-) Additionally, the quality of the towels did not match that of a nice hotel. And the bathroom amenities, where of bare minimum, for example only a body wash to be used as shampoo and body soap, no conditioner, no body/hand cream and no extras like cotton and Q-tips.
