El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel by Grupotel

The hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t feel like a true 5-star property. The facilities are noticeably dated and could use renovation to match the standard expected of a luxury hotel. The service was good, but the overall experience felt more like staying at a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one.

It was a bit stressful in the morning to fight over pool beds. They all filled by 10:30. You have to request basic amenities like hair conditioner. There isn't anywhere to hang towels in the restrooms. The room service is fine, but nothing special. Our cups were never replaced and the room could have been swept more thoroughly. The air conditioner needs to be a bit stronger....FYI, it doesn't work if the sliding doors are open and the staff opens them up wide every afternoon when they service the room! It takes a while to cool back down. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for our liking.

Beautiful location in Sant Vicente, beach access, Mediterranean view, incredible breakfast. And above all very kind, caring staff. Hopefully they are treated correctly as they made our stay very nice. Present and attention for my wife during her birthday.

I loved the beach towel system. Loved the wide spread of breakfast options. Incredible view from the balcony. Absolutely love the little quotes and treats we found in the evenings when we came back to the room. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Special shout-out to the lady who helped me when I fainted in the elevator. I wish I knew her name, she was great. Definitely will recommend this hotel to other people. There's only one negative thing I would add, if I'm being nitpicky. I would prefer it that the room service settlement at the end of the stay would show the itemized list of all the drinks and food that was ordered, so it's easier to divide the bill.

Very good service, friendly staff, and a beautiful location. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. A great extra was that the wellness facilities were included, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel stated that reserving sunbeds around the pool was not allowed, many guests placed towels on the sunbeds early in the morning to keep them occupied. Unfortunately, the staff did not remove these towels, despite the notices displayed throughout the hotel stating otherwise. As a result, we often could not find available spots by the pool, even though many of the reserved sunbeds remained unused for hours. This led to a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast buffet was superb with excellent cappuccinos, food, champagne and pleasant service. The spa was included. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everything was clean and there’s plenty of places to sit and relax or have a drink and a snack. The rooms are comfortable and everyone has a great view of the beach over the big pool where there are ample chairs. I didn’t expect the spa hot tub to be cold or so small since it is included it was always busy. If you are expecting a quiet beach vibe this is your resort, if you are looking for anything thing outside the resort such as shopping or the infamous nightlife of Ibiza you need to look elsewhere.

Minute the can pulls up to glass entrance you know you’ve arrived to a special hotel. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Food was incredible and the beach steps away! I loved my room, I could listen to the waves. Workout center on first floor many using it. Picture perfect views! Totally enjoyed my stay! None

Great property, amazing staff and facilities. Will recommend anytime. Just location if you want to visit town, it’s a visit. However if you want to enjoy beach and property then it’s amazing.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely kind, warm and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and making us feel at home. We especially appreciated the beautiful birthday surprise they arranged for Narges with cake and drinks, which created a very special memory for us. We were also grateful for the room change and wonderful sea view upgrade. The atmosphere, the care, the teamwork among staff, and the feeling of being treated like family made this stay truly exceptional. Honestly, nothing significant. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and the staff were always attentive whenever needed.
