The location is central and close to all amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the bed is quite comfortable, and the room is comfortable at a very reasonable price. No problems having a nice hot shower. Aircon worked well and there is a powerful fan too. As a solo traveller, I didn't have anything to complain about.

Located tucked away from the chaos, it was very quiet but everything was in easy walking distance. I’m sure this was a great hotel once. Now, it’s very tired and dirty. Lovely swimming pool (clean) and lounging area that hasn’t been cleaned. Our room was clean and freshly painted so maybe they are making improvements

Pool No wifi in rooms, misplaced our towel, have to ask multiple times to get your room cleaned, still glasses aren't clean, toilet seat wasn't anchored properly despite confronting about it.

Some staff were very friendly It was so dirty. Pillows were dark brown, mould in bathroom and kitchen. Dirtiest place I’ve stayed in north goa and I’ve been their 9 times. The place was filthy

Not a good experience. The breakfast option was very less . Before one would have it ,it used to get over The only best part is the location and swimming pool The way they asked for checkout If checkout is not on time , will charge you complete one day charges

Hi, property physically very bad condition but in image it’s very good Please don’t suggest to anyone and owner is very harmful person. He is not given respect also When we went to Goa we reached at 9:30 PM with family ,on the time room was not in good and cleaned condition and it’s in 2nd floor there is no lift also and once we are confirming with Owner but he was drunked and he was saying you’re not booking directly to us . You can ask to Booking.com and he his very ugly using bad words no respect towards customer no service giving for room It’s a single * hotel pls don’t suggest to anyone who has a good opinion about booking.com Thank you Nothing

The resort was good.It's a quite old place but comfortable to stay.We went during rainy season and our room was filled with rain water from balcony... although the staff cleaned everything as we informed.It's walkable to main road where you can find restaurants,tiffin centres and bus stop. For each aminity they mentioned while booking is not available. Everything we have to ask then only they provide.
