Family size of 4 Booked quadruple room. Consisting one double bed and two single bed Big washroom, small refrigerator, cloth hangers and stand to dry wet clothes from beach is thoughtful. TV with all channels especially with kids is a big plus. Proximity to beach, simply walk 100 metres to Calangute Cleanliness Ambience Stayed there for one extra night Mattresses were a little stiff.(Subjective) Only downside is they don't have a kitchen Neither a kettle was provided So in emergency if someone needs a Cup of tea or coffee or especially child needs a quickly in mid night, you are helpless.

Quirky place with friendly staff and a great location. What we expected having checked previous reviews. Near the beach but off the path so its secluded. Busy beach, you can swim off it and their are life guards who look professional and mark specific areas to swim. There is very loud music played at some restaurants on the beach from about 8pm, but it goes off at 10pm. If you walk passed the noisy restaurants their are some good places to eat further along. You can get a local bus close by to Old Goa (Churches) and to the Fort which are very cheap. Did some nice walks around here. Beach is covered in usual plastic and other rubbish. I don't believe its delivered by the tide, looks like locals visiting just leave their rubbish behind and hardly anyone bothers to pick it up. nothing

Worst. Just the cost of the location. No water provided. No hot water as well. The lady at the counter is so rude. They don't provide any food. You need to order it from outside. They do not provide any plates as well. You need to bring reusable and throwaway plates. They do not have parking. You need to park at Calangute common parking, which costs Rs.300 for the first 3 hrs and later Rs. 100/Hr, so over for 1 night stay, you end up paying parking fees around Rs. 2000. Overall very worst poor experience. There is nothing to like.

Location is excellent, right on the Calangute beach. Portuguese style heritage stay, peaceful. Good for families. The place is nice, maybe they should do landscaping, maintain lawn.

The location and service is okay, but the property is too old and rooms look like a haunted place. Rooms and interior is not at all clean with puke stain on sheets. The care taker changed the sheets on request even though it was not better. No hot water, ac not working. It's not worth more than 300-400 rs stay for people who are okay to compromise on all other things. Toilets were so unclean with shits, I had to ask to clean after check in. This is the most unhygienic and worst stay I ever had to take. I booked this hotel from booking.com seeing good reviews and it costed me 2.5k for a night. I was not expecting something so pathetic like this. Only positive thing was how good the care taker is. We had no option other than to stay in the place.

Its a dingy stay in the corner of some road. Google maps wont be able to find it, and you'll be stuck for hours searching in a car. The property has no parking and you'll have to walk a 100 meters. The doors of the room are a century old wood and cracks everywhere. No clean water, just tap water. It is probably meant for drivers and helpers to stay when you travel with them. I made a mistake and immediately regretted. Left immediately. Cleanliness, staff behavior, really bad infrastructure. Really dingy and musty smells everywhere. Its a third grade property and not worth even 3000 per day. It's a bait, the photos dont do justice to the crap this place is.

Only place in peaceful but facilities not as per expected and need more open for beach side. Close back door and need openness for beach side. Staff not ask for little thinks. Outsdie the room cleanness is poor.

Proximity to the beach and quieter surrounding. Clean rooms. This is purely stay only accommodation. You won't get anything else. At least, tea/coffee availability is absolutely desirable. Contacting reception desk is a task. The entry is too narrow and away from the main road. Hence, Parking is huge issue if you are travelling with your own vehicle. No support from the hotel staff on parking. The rooms are very basic and old. The rooms are cleaned once in 2 days.

The location was perfect, the entire property was neat and clean and very helpful staff.
