Staff were very helpful. It's a good value for money establishment. Good location near Calangute beach. Few restraints nearby for all budgets. Good for budget travellers. Suitable for families too. Good support for basic amenities. It's value for money. Overall a decent experience. A in house restaurant would be nice. There is a bit of parking issue near the place but can be managed if you rent vehicles through contacts and references.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Calangute Beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away, which makes the stay very convenient. The experience started well at the reception — check-in was very fast, and the receptionist was polite and helpful. He even came outside to take our luggage, which was a nice gesture. The room size is slightly small, but it was clean and well-maintained, and perfectly suitable for couples. The swimming pool is on the terrace, it was clean, and the atmosphere there was quiet and relaxing. Considering the price I paid, the hotel is budget-friendly and great value for money, especially because it is so close to the beach. Bike rental was also easily arranged directly from the reception, which was very convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, friendly staff, and hassle-free stay.

Position was good Mould in bed head and pillows, broken toilet seat, cupboard door hanging off. Dripping plumbing , no ventilation hence the mould. Way overpriced and not a three star by anybody’s imagination.
