When I checked in, reception couldn't find my Booking? Very annoying when the sign says Route 77, matching my booking. He was telling me to go somewhere else! I had to go through the pdf receipt with him, line by line, he kept asking for a pnr/pr number?

Only good location The staff Staf is very rude and take some extra money because off just my one guest come to meet me only 5min They are charged 1000 rs extra very bad behaviour the staf ? I never stey again there and never recommend to this hotel even they are offering free ???
