Nothing Booking.com, please investigate this hotel. I think the overtly flowery positive reviews we read are not from guests. The whole place is filthy including the pool and public areas. Our room stunk of mould and mildew. Our bed only had an undersheet and no further bedding. The towels were grubby and the shower had a bucket and jug. The whole place was totally unsatisfactory but having arrived at nighttime we were forced to stay one sleepless night otherwise we wouldn't have stayed at all. For a little more money we found a much much better place. Please advise your customers to AVOID THIS PLACE.

Amazing property, perfect location and good hotel staff. Manager can assist you organize with all activities and sightseeing. This hotel is near the beach (5 mins walk from Calangute beach) and I had a really fun time living in this hotel. For such a great hospitality I look forward to come again.

Location is close to the beach... just 5 min away...nice place to visit...rooms were neat and clean... room service was good... Good staff..

ONLY advantage is property is at 7-10min walkable from Calangute beach. They asked for Prepayment in Cash and due to lockdown chances we checked in early they didn't returned our money also taxi strike was there. The arrange a car that was too costly. We arranged it at low cost ourselves. They gave us early check-in but made us wait for an hour after the tiring journey in the morning. The Host's number given here said he doesn't know how much is the Auto fare to reach at property from Mapusa Bus stand. Auto took 250₹ fyi. No variety in menu they just have 8-10 items. The cupboard was not at all getting closed, boiled egg at ₹50/- I won't suggest anybody to visit here.
