Must visit if u r going Goa. Rooms are very big and elegant,cleaned and spacious washrooms. Airy and lightful property. Road and Market views are quite appealing, Downstairs rental scooty available and MC DONALDS is on ground floor. The best part is that if u go to colangute beach u may see the beach market and if u change the direction u go to another main market and titos lane... Just wowww type....best wishes to them.

There is no provision for free drinking water. Only breakfast is provided by the vendor. Free Parking is not sufficient, especially for minibuses used by large groups. The silver lining is that the rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Staff went out of the way and provided breakfast to us very early on the day of our departure.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is centrally located and provides easy access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable experience. The breakfast was decent, though the menu was limited. A special thanks to Ivan Lobo and the staff for their excellent service. Highly recommended. I don't had any bad experience all good with me.
