When i told how i was received at the reception to the manager during checkout atleast they had the courtesy to listen the way they received me, they were just snubbing me at the reception and made me wait

The hotel facilities were fine. Some stuff were excellent in general though some seems needed training. The food was somehow okay. To be honest, Kolkata hotels of this level usually offer far more better food. Was a bit disappointed. But The location was very convenient. The adjacent area had many beautiful cafe, eatery, boutique shops, brand chains besides traditional local markets. May be will be back if I need to live in that area again. Not enough restaurants in the property. Nothing 24 hour except room service. Food was not as good as other 5 stars of Kolkata. Staff at the rooftop bar was not attentive initially - had a feeling, they didn’t like a single lady at late hours. But I had arrived that day and nothing else was open at the hotel. So I asked about the failure and they tried to compensate. Still

Excellent property staff are very friendly very neat and clean rooms and a very positive feeling Hotel Can’t really pinpoint anything that I didn’t like. Maybe the coffee shop needs better sitting arrangement.

Everything was exceptional!! The food was delicious and the variety was amazing. All of the staff members were incredible. The professionalism, the care and the genuine interest in our wellbeing was outstanding. We’ve never been treated so well in any establishment. There were no negatives at all.

Well-maintained hotel with very attentive staff. Obviously a new property with a lot of care taken through the customer induction process. I was there for barely a night but didn't try the food. Found the location very unique, the bed most comfortable and the lighting very good. There was no rush to check out at the appointed time. Cost is on the higher side for the quality of room and the amenities included. Nothing else.

The staff were courteous and very helpful , front office staff went out of their way to assist with any requests, excellent breakfast buffet , room was clean and very comfortable. Distance to the airport and other attractions, however the hotel arranged transport and made our stay wonderful.

Excellent service. All staff were attentive to our needs and asked for feedback. Service with a smile. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were well decorated with Kolkata artwork. The food was excellent. The hotel was safe and secure.

The location of this hotel is somewhere not so great place, but the hotel is amazing especially the staff is very good compared to most 5 star hotels that I stayed in Kolkata this is the best experience that I had. Especially at the reception there is a guy named Pokraj he is super polite and very professional which I highly appreciate along with him in the Dinner buffet there was a guy named Aritra his service also impressed me and in the breakfast buffet also the staff were really well behaved. Basically all the staff were super well behaved. There is nothing I could complain about this hotel except the location which is somewhat not that good place.

Newly remodeled Access road and it is in middle of a residential neighborhood

We visited the second time and Deb at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay special and most comfortable. He even guided the Team at Tess for our food preferences. Boni our server at Cal On was very hands on and super courteous to our needs
