Dont have any problem with facility & Hotel staff but payment receipt issue need to be solved Highly dissatisfied with Hotel responce, I have paid stay amount through UPI but receipt not given to me, Hotel manager Mr Saurav Das told me that I 'll courier receipt but till date not received, as my stay was official purpose hence my reimbursement was on hold, Pls help as earlier i have used other agencies like Goibibo for same hotel, I dont have any other problem with facility but please solve this problem. Excellent ambience. But no lift. Everything else is excellent. A bit more of cleanliness would not hurt. Cleaning should be done everyday. Doorbells are not there.

The beds weren't cleaned properly after the previous occupant left, and the sheets are probably washed very infrequently. Also, we were charged a higher rate, that is GST was added to the price shown on booking.com and since we checked in quite late, we couldn't just leave. The room and toilets are comfortable and cozy. Nothing too fancy, but since the hotel is located in a very accessible location, for the price, it's real value for money.

Location was central. The rooms weren’t clean, bed sheets had stains, toiletries were not given in the bathroom, breakfast which is complementary had small portions, staff wakes up late to serve breakfast. Room had a strong smell of room freshener which was nauseating.
