Notjing This was absolutely not a four star property. The images are misleading. For the price, it was not worth it. 1) The location is not easy to find. Even local cabbies couldn't find the locations. 2) The room was small, they did not even have regular toiletries. 3) No breakfast buffet. They serve alacart, but most items were unavailable. 4) The bed linen was not clean. It had stains.

Located near a busy area, convenient to move around Helpful with early check-in Food delivered to Room (not sure because of maintenance) Hotel is not up to the mark as advertised; ad mentioned ass 4*, do not understand how these stars rating is provided whereas hotel does not meet the even a * Lot of stains on the bed linen & the pillows; asked to change and immediately changed, however, changed ones are also of same situation Clogged washroom Seems like Maintenace on going!!!! vacated the same day itself & moved to another one.

Spacious room Good food especially the breakfast @ ur room Too much sound inside the room. A small sound ( furniture movement) will reflect in the next floor.

food was delicious location of property is not at all good. outside of property is not clean and maintained. There is no bolt lock inside room. So housekeeping can coke inside even in night.

The manager Surajit Biswas was great. He knows his job extremely well. He was very courteous . surroundings
