The hotel is centrally located. Hotel ambiance is good as well. Rooms were spacious - you can move around freely.

The hotel is located in very good surrounding areas. The overall service is very good and the attendents' attitute are remarkable. There is no complementary BREAKFAST in this hotel that is disappointed.

The hotel is at a good location. Right next to park street and a 25mins walk to new market area. The staff were super nice, unlike any other hotel staff I’ve met in the last 20 years of travelling to Kolkata. There are plenty shops and restaurants around, my personal favourite is the Haldirams right across the street. It’s an easy Uber location and there’s a taxi stand right at the door. Very few things to complain about, but I’d love to suggest them to get newer bed sheets, they weren’t really bad tbh. And the AC could’ve been a bit cooler.

Location is very good. Bathroom outlet was jammed resulting into water logging during the bath. Flush button of toilet seat was very hard

Property is good as it is in main area at Camac street. Staff is also support. they make the room available before check in time which is really made my day.
