Breakfast was not of good quality, service was also poor. Location was good, accessible to most places. Cleanliness was poor. Breakfast not good. Not worth for the price of the room.

Hotel location near to Sealdah Railway station. Very Noisy since, Hotel is near traffic signal I raised a concern so I was provided another room on same 3rd floor. There was some modifications work was getting conducted in hotel Inspit I raise a concern no action was taken rather I was offered again another room but I rejected and checkout from hotel.

Absolutely nothing. Will be writing an email to booking.com separately for them to inspect the unsafe hotel. Hotel was a construction site. Wires exposed (electrically unsafe) Staff unfriendly and unwilling to tell us the street name of Park street which is an iconic street due to the lights all year around. Hotel room had damp. Never would have booked this hotel if it wasn’t for booking.com trying to make up for the fact they didn’t book our hotel they we had booked before but never told the original hotel.
