good south Indian cuisine the property needs to be renovated and the facility in the rooms need to be much better. for sr. people climbing stairs become difficult hence lift should be installed on priority. only plus point was the property was at a prime location. compare to the price of the deluxe room the facilities were inadequate.

Location is very good. Rooms are large. Attached restaurant is very good. Staff are friendly. It's old style hotel with no great furnishing. No lift. Window ac produces loud noise. Bathroom facilities are equivalent to a lodge. Rates are high equivalent to modern upscale hotels.

Rooms should be cleaned daily, change of towel, bedspread etc on a daily basis. Also provide bottled water daily.

Centralised location and reasonable rate for Room No.343, Spacious room. Breakfast is good. You can choose any one item. Staffs are good and prompt for our necessity. I prefer this Hotel for my next visit to Kolkata. The Toilet, which was not clean. More improvement is required and I informed the management.

It was right in the centre of bustling Lake Market and adjoing the Lake Mall. Thus all one’s shopping and entertainment needs can be met within walking distance. Cabs readily available on Rash Behari Avenue where the hotel is situated. The Dhakuria Lakes, ideal for morning walks, are within 10 mts walking distance. Even the Metro Station (Rabindra Sarovar) is not far either. The best south indian snacks and meals available in restaurant, Banana Leaf, on the premises. The staff are pleasant, courteous, and prompt in attending to special needs and requirements. Nothing adverse except for some stains in the bathroom floor, walls, and taps which can be readily attended to.
