breakfast was okay, but a bit pricey I was charged 4 times the quoted price of $183. Calling hotel to resolve issue. The receptionist said discover card didnt go thru; so I gave citibank card. He charged twice on discover and twice on citibank for a total of $732 for 4 days.

The hotel's location was in a fine area. It was clean & staff were well behaved. Breakfast had multiple options. The price was on a higher side compared to the standard facilities in the room. The room was also a bit smaller. The hotel restaurant menu was also quite pricier compared to the other good restaurants of similar aesthetics outside. Our stay in the hotel became worse when the people staying in the next room were screaming, playing loud music and singing until 2 AM. We had to call the reception and ask them to handle this. Although it's not fully the fault of the hotel, I think there should be clear instructions to the guest about making such a nuisance.

We had to extend our stay in Kolkata and the hotel was very friendly to let us stay in the same room

a general breakfast. it was ok Room size were small, but overall OK experience as staff was very good and cordial. Iron was not given in the room so if needed you need to ask the staff.

Room is small I told the receptionist during check in that I wanted to check out late around 3pm but on the day of checkout the receptionist suddenly call me I have to check out at 12pm. Have thin wall and can be quite noisy
