The difference between the pics and the actual hotel is like heaven and hell. Horrible location. Horrible rooms. Looks like haunted building. Just the reception area is Lil ok. That's all. But location and room horrible. No cleaning. No comfort. U wl always feel concerned and negative vives

The staff are good. Not at all clean, the bathroom door is broken, bedsheets are dirty, blanket covers are dirty, very bad smell, sink gets blocked with running water. Toilet flush not working properly, ac is not working at all. Walls and curtains are dirty. Very poor experience with my wife. No option to change because we reached at night. Moreover it's oyo. Once we reached they asked us if we were going to stay for some hours ? or the whole night. What kind of questions ⁉️ Not at all good for married couples.

One of the best budget hotels to stay in. The rooms are small but we'll equipped and the staff is very kind. They certainly treat you very well for such less price.

Room was dirty, Booking.com is full froud. Hotel charged 2340 rs. But booking.com booked at Rs 900. It's full of froud. There is no refund thill the time. Booking.com says we refund only in USD & URO.

I liked the unprofessional behaviour of the staff who is there on reception to humiliate the guest came for checking in and they have been well trained for not giving a **** for the customers view/reviews. It seems Booking.com is working independently and not in relation with the Hotel property because the app is suggesting to pay a certain amount and upon reaching the property, and after spending a good amount of travel expense in scorching sun, the property is asking to double the amount shown on Booking site unless they will not entertain even to talk. Imaging sitting in lobby and searching another property for stay and bearing another travel expense, just because Booking.com is not shown enough professionalism in booking experience and mismanaging the things which the customer has to bare the burden. I was a returning customer for booking.com ...
