nice structure and room, wonderful breakfast. kinda far from Bologna downtown and train station, isolate location

Close to airport. Also appreciated the special area that had tables and chairs for working computers or playing games. We were able to play cards without a problem. We did not get to experience the breakfast since we had to be at the airport by 4:30, but the hotel provided a sack breakfast for us to take with us. No negatives.

Old hotel, needs renovation, thin doors, small elevator, nothing around the hotel to go by feet, no cooffee machine in the room, only water heater, very neare the airport, you can heare plaines during the night

From food to rooms everything was great. The location is far from the city center but close to the airport.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing

The staff were very friendly, spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of varieties and fruits. I asked for a lower floor room and they did give me a room on the 1st floor! The hotel is 20 min walk to a small town, with local shops, supermarket, pharmacy. Very beautiful walking alongside field plantations.

Clean and nice lobby and room. Very good dinner and buffet breakfast. Big ramp to walk and drag luggage up to front door. Road has confusing construction and circles.

Breakfast was good. The restaurant was clean. Close to the airport. Staff were apologetic about our issues, but could offer no solutions. Room was not clean. Mold in the shower, floors were dirty in the room. Room was very hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because the AC had been shut off.

Front desk staff were very courteous and enthusuastic to help - especially as our flight was cancelled - they made a call to a sister hotel to accommodate a stranded passenger. Thank you!

Good location near airport. Breakfast has a great selection of items and coffee is made to order. Bed mattress was a little bit thin, but we still slepped well.

The property was clean and surprisingly organized once inside. The outside is deceiving a little bit since it looks like and older apartment building. Management is poor. Restaurant was almost out of food completely but refused to close early. Instead they served wilted vegetables as salad dishes. Customers looked confused and disappointed. As a result, at 2:30am, deliveries for restaurant stores arrived directly in front of hotel guests windows and continued to sound like a car door slamming contest for hours. (Not an exaggeration).

If you’re going tot the sports stadium, it’s great. There is nothing by it. But the sports stadium cafe people are lovely nd hospitable. If you’ve stayed at Jr before, your WiFi connects automatically. 2 small things. 1) shaving kits. Come on JR. The shaving kits have cream that is expired and the razors are the worst quality you can buy. If someone needs a razor at the hotel, it’s probably an emergency, so spend an extra 5 cnets on your bulk orders. 2) 3€ for coffee? Your coffee machine is broken, almost intentionally. 3€ is the ritz Carlton or 4 seasons

Staff friendly and room clean Not much food/restaurants in the area.

Great hotel room and breakfast, friendly staff. But the location is bad, far from Bologna and very hard (almost impossible) to comeback late night if not without your own car.
