Very friendly and helpful. Even though we were delayed they kept the checkin desk open. It was a terrible location to find a nice restaurant for a meal. Probably the wrong day and wrong season (October), but all there was open was a takeaway pizza place.

The location is ideal being near to Bologna Airport and main road network. The breakfast was really good, very wide choice of food available The room was a little bit dark due to the trees in front of property.
