Brand new and well located. Nice staff too. We were on 4th floor and altough I had asked for a quiet room, It was noisy due to road traffic.

My favorite person there was Cindy. I hope you get to interact with her. She's the kindest desk agent I've ever had to deal with. The apple tray upon arrival is a sweet gesture (must be my education background). Everyone was so helpful and welcoming (greetings were abundant and seemed sincere). I'm certain that my first contact at the hotel had a lot to do with what I perceived and how I felt throughout the stay. Great job, Cindy ! There was work happening in front. Because of that, it's important to keep the entrance flow moving. Having valet service is great, but when many cars are waiting it can create a bottleneck at the entrance. We took a taxi and couldn't be dropped off at the door due to the lineup.

Great location and perfect for exploring the city. Staff very friendly and hotel was very clean and new. Breakfast was a nice addition A shame that there is no bar/ room for people to congregate. We were staying for a family wedding and guests were on various hotels. It would have been nice to welcome them in this hotel instead of having to go to others

It's in a great location, well situated for some of the main sights and some good local breweries and food nearby. Price was excellent considering so much was walkable straight from the property and didn't require us to have a car. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room, bed, and bathroom were all really well-sized and allowed us to basically dump everything down and not be cramped (great as it was our first day in Canada after flying long-haul!). Very little to be improved upon to be honest! Only small thing was that, although they give you access to coffee and hot water throughout your stay within the restaurant, there isn't really a selection of teas. This is fairly typical across Canada but as someone who doesn't drink coffee, this was inconvenient. There was also no fridge in the room.
