Downtown was great and the pool was fabulous There didn’t seem to be enough front desk staff so there was always a line to wait in if you needed anything
-
Location Room service is a total joke. Styrofoam containers? Ugh
-
The location was good. We weren't far from anything. Close to the river for walking around, close to restaurants, we liked the location We liked the property, would stay again.
-
Breakfast didn't have many selections.
-
Black out curtains, exceptional bed. You’ll rest well here. Bit dated but well kept
-
Great hotel with very friendly staff and close to shopping. Nothing.

Unfortunately I left an Aritzia wool coat in the room. Despite going back to the hotel 9 hours from checkout, and follow-up emails, the staff failed to locate it. They do not seem to follow a consistent lost-and-found procedure. Very disappointed in the management of guest belongings. If you stay here please double check your room at checkout as belongings may not be located post checkout.
-
The hotel is a bit dated.
-
The sheets were dirty in the first room and the furniture shabby in the second.
-
Perfect location, easy to find.

The location is perfect! A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Underground parking was great. The breakfast was wonderful! Everything was great! No complaints
-
The location was great. Right in downtown. I paid extra $30 to park the car underground, that was decent. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkout was automatic (so if you go outside in the morning, you cannot get back to the room with your card key, which we learned in hard way). Only reason I’m not putting 10 out of 10 is only because I’ve been to other amazing places. But this hotel has nothing bad to say. I’d love to stay here again. Nothing. It’s a good hotel.

Very nice, super comfy beds, great restaurant!
-
I loved the pool and spa There was a high pinch sound all night long the temperature in our room kept rising all night we had to go on the balcony a few times in the middle of the night to cool off
-
The price! I paid 49 for parking with the total bill over 400. Definitely will shop around next time.
-
Always love location and the fact the Keg is right there
-
We appreciated the location, amenities, cleanliness and friendly, professional staff. For the price we paid a breakfast would have been appreciated. Or free parking.
