The room was clean & comfortable I didnt have a problem with the room, it was very nice. It was the psymentv& breakfast that was the issue! The Calgary Marriott didnt honour my booking.com price & charged me more. My booking had breakfast included but I only received a $20 credit & had to pay the extra amount.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, and excellent location. Felt at ease immediately. Got in late the evening and staff was super helpful by answering all my questions & needs. Pricey.

Staff were ok, we didnt have any problems hotel stay worked perfectly for what we needed - no problem Booking advertised that breakfast was included - thats what i paid for. reception allegedly didnt get that note - we had to challenge and show booking confirmation. they then promised to pass the note to breakfast staff which they didnt. so i had to challenge again. we got there in the end but wasnt pleasant

Some of the staff were very nice. The room was clean. The room was too large and very empty. Between the window and the bed was 2.5 meters (10 ft) no man’s land. This gave the room a very desolate feel. It would have been nice to have a desk in this space and a comfortable chair. But there was no desk to work. One lady at the reception was very derogatory. And finally, it was very hard to get to speak to a human at the reception. There was just a very useless answering machine that made me very frustrated. But this would have been ok if the price would not have been this high. When paying top price I expect much more than this.
