Fabulous staff. Walking distance for food and shopping.

Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Great breakfast. Lovely facilities, clean and well presented. More preparation for the number of guests for weekend breakfast.

Location is great and the room was exceptionally clean. This was our 6th hotel over a 2 week period and the best room we had. Couldn’t get in when we first arrived ! Front door was locked so we waited until another guest arrived to let us in.

Location, Ground floor staffs were very kind and helpful. Not ready for sofa bed. Paid for 5 people but requested linens for sofa bed before went out for late dinner. They just put the linens on sofa.

Central location, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, huge TV Lifts were very slow, nightmare during check in and out times, I had a room on the 10th floor (out of 11) and the views were amazing, however no block out blinds in my room so hard to properly relax and wind down till well after 10 when the sun set….minor details but I prefer my rooms black when I want to sleep

Walkable to Stampede Park. Room accommodated 4 guests in 3 beds with adequate space. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping is not daily or automatic, which I find unacceptable for any accommodation listed as a hotel. Upon request, our room was serviced after night 2 of 3.
